TEDxLinz is more than just inspiring events, TEDxLinz is a community. It is organized by a small committed group of passionate idealistic souls on a voluntary basis. We want to provide an open inspiring haven for all curious souls out there. We welcome all who have not stopped wondering what happens outside their bubbles and who are willing and eager to be dazzled by thoughts coming from places, projects and people they cannot even imagine.

    meet you: In a world that never seems to slow down, we're creating a space to do just that; to pause, connect, and meet yourself and others. Come as you are.

    Meditation & Breathwork
    In a time of constant digital input and mental overload, staying connected to ourselves and each other takes intention. Through guided meditation and conscious breathing with Barbara, you can explore how body-oriented and mindfulness-based methods support stress regulation, inner clarity and a deeper connection, with yourself and the people around you. No prior experience needed. This is not about performance, it's about presence, awareness, and real human connection.

    Physical Practice
    Whether you've never stepped on a mat or you've been practicing for years, this session is for you. With Mika and Verena we'll move through asanas; physical postures that help release tension and bring you back into your body, at a pace that feels accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
    The session also includes voice expression, a simple yet powerful practice of using sound and breath to activate the vagus nerve; your body's natural pathway to calm.

    Bring a mat, bring water, bring your slightly skeptical friend. Donation-based event & open to all.
