After the discussions, join us for an informal networking session with drinks, where you can continue the conversation and connect with fellow attendees in a relaxed atmosphere.

Fostering Awareness

Much of life happens on autopilot, as we rush, react and judge, rarely noticing what’s happening inside us. Awareness invites us to slow down, explore, and understand our own thoughts, feelings, and patterns, as well as how we relate to others.

In this session, we’ll create space to connect with ourselves through stillness, reflection, and playful exercises. We’ll explore familiar habits, share experiences, and co-create an “awareness toolkit” that can guide anyone in daily life. Moments of quiet, boredom, or pause will be embraced as opportunities to notice and learn from ourselves.

Through dialogue, stories, and group exercises, we’ll discover how awareness can deepen connection, spark insight, and open new perspectives.
