What we’re about
We are a community of people interested in emerging technologies and digital phenomena, ranging from software and startups, machine learning and AI, big data and data science, IoT and sensors, privacy and surveillance, open source and hacker culture, design thinking and disruptive innovation. Previous guests range from Tesla Motors and Microsoft to CERN. We are part of Tekna Oslo's Digital technology network. Tekna, or The Norwegian Society of Graduate Technical and Scientific Professionals, is Norway's largest society of professionals with a master's degree or equivalent in science or technology.

Advent of Code: Kick-off in Oslo

It’s a chance to stretch your problem-solving muscles, try out new languages, experiment with fresh techniques, or simply compare your speed with friends and colleagues.
This year, we’ll celebrate Advent of Code in January. We invite you to share a solution to a specific day (we will come back on a day) — in any language you chose! Everyone is welcome to share how they approached the task, whether you solved it in something familiar or tackled it in a completely new or obscure language. If you want to present your solution, the floor is yours — open call!
There will be soft drinks and food!
