1. Our monitoring journey in a PCI-3DS Environment (Yariv Amar, Outseer - live in Hebrew)
Outseer journy in monitoring our PCI-3DS product, starting with a simplified self-hosted monitoring stack, all the way up to Grafana cloud as a global monitoring solution for 4 data-centers. We use hybrid mode of local and Our stack includes push-gateways, SNMP + Blackbox exporters, Grafana synthetic and ML. We also use Grafana Alerting with Slack and emails to external customers.

About Yariv
Yariv is a software architect at Outseer, building solutions that help their customers fighting financial fraud.
In recent years, Yariv gained a lot of experience with Prometheus & Grafana, having fun exploring new metrics, crafting awesome dashboards and guiding our teams in their observability journey.

2. Grafana Cloud and OTEL collector (Raúl Marín, Grafana - virtual in English)
In recent months, the OpenTelemetry project has been gaining a lot of traction, and the OpenTelemetry Collector, in particular, is being used and evaluated by many organizations to move their telemetry data to different backends, including Grafana Cloud. In this talk, I will show you how to move metrics, logs, and traces with the collector to Grafana Cloud.

About Raúl
Raúl is a Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs with extensive experience with enterprise-class technology used by large organizations. Raúl works closely with European companies in defining and executing their Observability strategies. His passion for helping and sharing knowledge has led him to be part of the teaching team at the prestigious academic institution IE, where he teaches Big Data technologies for data analysis at scale.

3. Grafana OnCall (Matvey Kukuy, Ex-Grafana - live in English)
Grafana OnCall is a popular OSS incident response tool. We will cover the main use-cases with a short demo, and deep-dive into deployment and architecture.
