TF9 2AQ Roadside lay-by parking by Tyrley Wharf
Moderate walk. Canal path and farmland and pockets of woodland. Boots essential as towpath has muddy sections and the field paths can be heavy going in places. Relatively flat with few gradients. 8 stiles.
Four Alls pub at crossroads with A529 for "refreshments" afterwards. Recognisable for everyone who has done the Market Drayton walk. This is a continuation south along the Shroppie.
