Healing through Singing Meditation (in-person)
Details
Join us for a gentle journey of meditation, presence, and collective healing. Together, we gather in a welcoming circle to rest, breathe, and open ourselves to the flow of love.
Our gatherings combine gentle breathwork, body awareness, live singing meditation, guided visualization or intention breathing, silent meditation, journaling, and optional group sharing. Between sessions, members may also be invited to try simple practices at home and share what they notice when we meet again.
No singing or meditation experience is needed. This is not about performing or singing beautifully. You may listen, rest, make sound, reflect, or participate in whatever way feels supportive to you. Sharing is always optional.
This group is for anyone interested in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and exploring singing as a personal and shared contemplative practice. We aim to create a kind, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where people can learn from their own experiences and from one another.
These practices are intended to support wellbeing and personal reflection. They are not a replacement for medical or mental health care.
6 spots per session.
