What we're about

Tempe Garden Club has been meeting for more than 80 years to learn and share knowledge about desert and urban gardening, floral design, and living "green." Our meetings are a mix of field trips, local and national speakers on horticulture and environmental topics, and social events. We share seeds, cuttings, and plants along with gardening tips and inspiration. We also strive to improve the community with plantings and participation in local events.

While members are not required to live in the City of Tempe, we typically meet in Tempe on the third Friday of the month and work with the Tempe History Museum. People who are interested in gardening but who are not willing to travel to Tempe or who work standard business hours are encouraged to look into other gardening clubs around the valley. Visit the Arizona Federation of Garden Clubs (azgardenclubs.com (http://www.azgardenclubs.com)) for more information.
