【What to Bring】
• Yoga mat (or blanket or bath towel)
Yoga mats are available for rent at 500 yen.
• Drinking water
• Towel for wiping sweat
【Notes】
• Please be punctual; latecomers will not be able to join the class.
• The class is primarily for beginners, but experienced practitioners are also welcome!
• There will be no changing facilities, so please arrive in your yoga attire.
• Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or heavily scented fabric softeners.
• Please eat at least 2-3 hours before the class.
• We are not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or theft.
• Cancellations must be made by 2 days before (one day before 50%refund/on the day no refund) Please understand since we have limited spots

・ヨガマット（orブランケットorバスタオル）
※ヨガマットはレンタルもございます。（５００円）
・飲料水
・汗拭き用タオル
【お願い】
・集合に遅れてしまうと合流できないので、時間厳守でお願いします。
・クラスは基本的に初心者さん向けです。（経験者さんも歓迎！）
・着替える場所がありませんのでヨガウェアでお越しください。
・香水や香りの強い柔軟剤などはお控えください。
・食事は2、3時間前にお済ませください。
・体調不良や怪我、盗難などについて当方は責任を負いかねます。
・キャンセルは2日前までにお願いします。前日キャンセル５０％、当日キャンセルは返金不可としていただきます。参加人数には限りがあり予約が間に合わずお断りしている方もいますのでご理解ください。
