HIIT 45 with Sara Jorgensen

This version of HIIT uses light weights, resistance bands, and body weight to tap into both fast twitch muscle fibers and slower endurance muscle in 45-second spurts followed by a brief rest. Ideal for building muscle and improving overall fitness with great music and energy!

About Sara:
Sara Jorgensen is a mom, Registered Nurse, and Certified Personal Trainer. With nearly a decade of nursing experience and over 20 years as a health and fitness enthusiast, Sara’s journey into fitness began when her husband first introduced her to weightlifting. Since then, she has developed a deep passion for fitness. Drawing on her clinical expertise and extensive experience working with individuals facing chronic health conditions and physical challenges, Sara is dedicated to promoting health and fitness both personally and professionally.
