This group has been created for women over fifty who are curious about upgrading their lives by making a conscious effort to upgrade their overall health. So, if you are looking to increase your energy, improve your mindset, live mindfully, balance all five areas of life and strive to feel and look ten years younger, you have found your tribe! Self awareness, self knowledge and self care are basic principles for a healthy life. During each of our meetings we will explore a subject related to these principles and then take empowered action going on hikes, doing yoga, or dancing. You will also have the chance to take part in group challenges with your new friends!
