6km is a hard sell? Don't worry, it'll be much easier to run this in sections, with amazing company and motivating music.
Hey guys, I'm Angus. I work in Kwun Tong, and we usually run after work on Mondays. I am part of a few other HK running groups (i.e. Midnight Runners lol) and noticed there's a distinct lack of running groups based in Kwun Tong, and so I decided to be the change I want to see.
So here I am introducing Kwun Tong Monday Running with Music! Come join us on Mondays at Kwun Tong Waterfront Tower at 7:30!
Here's our route:
Every Monday 7:30 warm-up @ Kwun Tong Waterfront Garden Tower
Exercise Stop 1 @ Kai Tak Promenade (The park behind Children's Hospital)
Exercise Stop 2 @ Kai Tak Sky Garden
Exercise Stop 3 @ Kai Tak Bridge
around 9:00 - Cool down stretches & chill @ Kwun Tong Waterfront Garden Tower
Pacing:
4 min/km to 7 min/km (Because of excercise stops!)

大家好,我係觀塘上班族Angus,我地公司通常星期一收工後跑步。我有join其他跑團(如Midnight Runners),不過就總係覺得觀塘、啟德缺跑團。
所以我決定自己搞個!逢星期一晚上7:30在觀塘海濱一齊起跑!

每週一 7:30 熱身 @ 觀塘海濱花園塔樓
HIIT站#1 @ 兒童醫院後面的公園
HIIT站#2 @ 啟德空中花園
HIIT站#3 @ 啟德橋
9:00 左右 - Cool down + 拉筋 @ 觀塘海濱花園塔樓
跑速:
4 分鐘/公里 至 7 分鐘/公里
