Join nature-based therapist Jeanne Malmgren to explore practices of mindfulness, sensory awareness, and compassion designed to bring us into closer connection with the natural world. A growing body of research shows how being present in nature benefits humans’ physical, mental and emotional health. This experiential presentation will show us how to cultivate a sense of place and create a relationship of reciprocity with nature.
