Dedicated to education and helping local real estate investors in Tennessee Valley area (Huntsville, Madison county, and north Alabama) through free monthly evening meetings on the 4th Monday of the month. Anyone involved in any aspect of real estate investing, from wholesaling, flipping, renting, or selling will find our meetings educational and an excellent opportunity for networking. We bring in local speakers including accountants, lawyers, city planners, realtors, self-directed IRA custodians, 1031 qualified intermediaries, and more. We also tap our own experienced members to present case studies, alternative investment models (AirBnB, corporate rentals, commercial, self-storage units, etc.), sales skills, growing your business, and other essential business skills.
