Have you ever wondered about Tiny Home Communities, are they really worth the hype, are they an attractive alternative investment? Fred Hedgecock has developed a small homes community for short term Airbnb rentals (along with pads for short term RV living), on 13 acres in Guntersville. Fred will share his experiences in building this project, land development, developing the right financial model, working with small home builders, and more. This should be a fascinating presentation by one of our own, and showcase another successful business model for investing in real estate in our area.
