We welcome members from all walks of life, and at any level of fitness.

All we ask is that you bring along a spirit of friendship and a desire to constantly improve. :-)

We are a friendly and active group who are happy that you joined our family!

Be sure to check the group's calendar often and signup for announcement emails to keep you up-to-date on our activities.

Please reserve the "NO" RSVP for those times when you must CHANGE your RSVP from a "YES" to a "NO."

Please RSVP with integrity. If you are on the "GO" list, and cannot attend, change your RSVP to "NO," as early as possible. Late changes and no-shows can prevent others from enjoying an event and/or cause delays waiting for no-shows to arrive.

Carpool drivers/details typically happen on the fly as members gather at the carpool location. When carpooling, always offer your driver an adequate reimbursement for driving and the use of their vehicle.

A profile photo of YOU is recommended - it permits us to recognize you a little easier at events. :-)

Please consider a DONATION to help defray our operating costs, and to purchase needed safety gear.

Members, and friends & family of members, are invited to join our Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/tennesseehikinggroup), where they can share stories and photos of our events.

In order to maintain an active membership, we remove members who have not been active for more than two years. Members removed, in good standing, are welcome to re-join if, and when, their circumstances change.
