Semana Latinamericana - Tango Concert

The Latin American Week in Frankfurt comes with a fantastic program of concerts, discussions, dance, food and movies.

Tonight’s event is no less than the return of the most popular performance of the last two pre-pandemic Latin American weeks. I very rarely get so impressed seeing an artist that I buy the DVD on the spot, but this incredible Argentinian acoustic guitar quartet playing Tango blew me off the chair. You‘ll be impressed. The introduction of the songs will be in Spanish.

We meet in the lobby from 5:30 for a get-together (drinks&little snacks sold) and move into the concert hall (just straight through the lobby) at 5:45, trying to reserve a few extra seats. This event is expected to be full, if you arrive at 6pm you’re sure to stand during the concert. Location in the room will be communicated in the event comments. Likely there will be a break halfway through the concert, to have another chat.

Entrance is free, but the organisers will collect donations for the artists and festival crew. Nos vemos pronto. Joe
