Weekend trip to Oktoberfest Munich

Details
Feel like you haven’t properly immersed in German culture? Join a bunch of Internationals visiting the original Munich Oktoberfest, with prime time (Saturday evening) table reservation in one of the huge tents.
IMPORTANT: This is a paid, organised package trip, not an ordinary Meetup where you can jump on and off as you please. Registration is by transferring the trip price to the organiser and if you cancel at short notice and cannot be replaced, you will lose part of the deposit, passing on the cancellation conditions of the hotel.
This trip includes the train rides Frankfurt to and from Munich, public transportation in Munich, a reserved seat in Armbrustschützenzelt (one of the huge tents), beer and dinner in the tent, and a stay in a hotel ca 20 mins from Oktoberfest, and lots of partying and fun time. Join us for one of the oldest tents (since 1895!) on the original Oktoberfest Saturday evening.
Hotel: Motel One Deutsches Museum (rating 8.7/10). Stylish Hotel in very good central location, 5 mins to the train station, a few stops from Oktoberfest. Shared double rooms with bathroom, shower and Wifi.
Travel: Eco-Friendly ICE train ride leaving Frankfurt Saturday morning, returning Sunday evening. Public transport in Munich included.
Package PRICE: 350€, payable beforehand. There is no reimbursement possible for opt-out from individual elements of the package. The price is just the addition of the bookings (hotels during the fest are very expensive), there is no commission on the part of the Meetup organiser
Options: Traditional lunch in non-touristy beer garden (pay-as-you consume). Walking tour Munich. Visit to Deutsches Museum - short walking distance from hotel.
Sign up: to join, contact the trip organiser, Moritz Karber, Moritz.Karber@gmail.com, who will give you the IBAN to transfer to and further trip details. He is a very good friend of event organiser Joe, who guarantees the solidity of this offer.
Important no. 2: Seats in the tent are only reserved for the late afternoon time slot, there are fixed time windows to enter the tents and coming late to the meeting point can result in not being let in. The organiser points out that showing up on time is your own responsibility. Traditional dress is NOT required, but welcome. The organiser does not take any liability from possible consequences of high alcohol consumption.
Places are allocated first-come, first served, by the time of receipt of proof of payment. In case the event sells out, money will be returned to those who already transferred
