Tonight we return to our favorite movie theatre, the student cinema Pupille in Bockenheim.

Tonight’s programme are short movies from different central-eastern European countries, including Georgia, Russia, Poland, Croatia cand Czechia, called „revenge of the Babushka“. They are 7 movies, between 9 and 23 mins long, shown in original language with English subtitles. The selection of this event is deliberate, given the event host just added some exposure to Slavik languages on a stay abroad.

We meet 7:30pm in Cafe KOZ (if not open, we’ll go to Extrablatt instead, in this case the event might be moved 15 mins earlier) to have a drink and chat beforehand and just after 8pm proceed to the cinema upstairs.

Entrance to the cinema is only 2.50€, tickets can only be bought at the box office. Note that this is a CASH-ONLY venue. Only small cold snacks are served in Cafe KOZ and the cinema, so try to have dinner beforehand.
