Concert&Movie @Semana Latinamericana

As every year, the Semana Latinamericana festival comes with a lot of performances from Latin America. It‘s a privately organised Initiative, funded by different sponsors and donations collected during the event.

Tonight‘s programme starts 18:30 with a music concert of Peruvian solo artist Ephrain Manani, involving loops.

We meet in the lobby 18:20 to gather and move into the big Aula (straight ahead from the entrance) once the concert starts.

19:15 after the concert we gather outside in the reception area where usually drinks/ small snacks are on offer.

19:30 short movie from Panama, fantasy story about smuggling a Crocodile into the US., 15 mins

20:00 long movie (Las Hijas, 80 mins, from Panama) about the friendship of two sisters and their teenage adventures on a road trip

Both movies are in Spanish with English subtitles . This event is not for Spanish speakers only, though a lot a Spanish will be spoken at the venue.
