Welcome Jamie!

This Wednesday she will be bringing you her unique talents with breathwork, and meditation! she will be facilitating more sessions, so watch for them.

Jamie is passionate about holding safe space for people to return to themselves. She believes we all have the answers we seek already tucked inside of ourselves. Her facilitation encourages the practice of stillness and embodiment, which can help us begin to remember how to listen within and trust our innate knowledge.

A sound shower is a journey towards healing and knowing self. Jamie's calm approach and soothing presence sets the stage for you to surrender to tranquility and relaxation.
She will play crystal bowls along with other instruments to bring you into a meditative state.

Please do not wear scented products especially perfume, and essential oils.
