Crystal Bowl Sound Vibrational Therapy

welcome Jamie as the guest host of this sound shower.
This is a meditative and immersive experience where you'll relax, while being "showered " in layers of sound and vibration from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, & chimes. These tones aren't meant to form a melody but to create a rich, resonant atmosphere that helps quiet mental chatter and guide the body into deep relaxation. The sounds naturally slow brainwave activity, encouraging states similar to meditation or deep rest, which can reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and restore emotional balance. Many people describe it as a reset for the mind and body
— a chance to release tension, clear energy, and simply be held in the harmony of sound.
