Crystal Bowl shower of Sound

Jamie will be hosting this event as Rebekah takes some time to heal.
Join us for a sound shower! This is a meditative and immersive experience where you'll relax, while being "showered" in layers of sound and vibration from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, & chimes. These tones aren't meant to form a melody but to create a rich, resonant atmosphere that helps quiet mental chatter and guide the body into deep relaxation. The sounds naturally slow brainwave activity, encouraging states similar to meditation or deep rest, which can reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and restore emotional balance. Many people describe it as a reset for the mind and body
— a chance to release tension, clear energy, and simply be held in the harmony of sound.

Please do not wear scented products especially perfume, and essential oils.

EVERY WEDNESDAY.

📌Wear comfortable clothing. Carpeted floor; couches, pillows, chairs and blankets available.

*🚙In front circle, close to curve. Leave drives open. Do not block drive next to porch /pergola entrance. Entrance on the porch.
