Shower of Sound meditation

While Rebekah heals there will be a change to the sound shower schedule.
Jamie will be hosting the sound meditations on the first and last Wednesday evening of the month.
January 7th and January 28th at 6:30 pm

Jamie will also add a sacred sounds meditation on the second Sunday of the month at 5 pm. January 11th
A sound shower is a meditative and immersive experience where you'll relax, while being "showered" in layers of sound and vibration from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, & chimes. These tones aren't meant to form a melody but to create a rich, resonant atmosphere that helps quiet mental chatter and guide the body into deep relaxation. The sounds naturally slow brainwave activity, encouraging states similar to meditation or deep rest, which can reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and restore emotional balance. Many people describe it as a reset for the mind and body
— a chance to release tension, clear energy, and simply be held in the harmony of sound.

Please do not wear scented products especially perfume, and essential oils.

📌Wear comfortable clothing. Carpeted floor; couches, pillows, chairs and blankets available.

💚Doors opens at 6:00. Session starts at 6:35. If you are running late, text if possible. 330-780-7476.

*🚙Parking in back lot. Driveway near treeline.

Pull, or back up, to the back fence.

*🚙In front circle, close to curve. Leave drives open. Do not block drive next to porch /pergola entrance. Entrance on the porch.
