Each Sunday is a good chance to get out with a group and learn new running tips while getting ready for a local 5k.
We start out with warmup form drills, then we do a short run warmup before the workout. Workouts are 2-4 miles and each runner will have an individual plan based on their run experience. Coach Terra will structure the workout and run along so no one will get lost.
While running, you will get feedback on your form and be encouraged throughout the workout. Post workout there will be a core and stretching routine.
