Hey Terrible Footballers!

Welcome to Terrible Football Bethnal Green.
This is FRIENDLY, laid back football. Don’t rudeness, being to rough or having a negativee attitude.

Location
Weavers Fields close to Bethnal Green/Whitechapel stations. We normally play close to the entrance at Mape Street, but do keep an eye on the WhatsApp group for any last minute updates (link below)

Bethnal Green Rules of play

· We kick-off around 1pm and ask everyone to be by then so we can make teams and such! Please be aware that places are limited so if you don't sign up you may not be able to play, and if you show up late and we have started, you will have to wait until the next game to join in. If you're late and we're full, we will have to turn you away.

· Everyone is welcome! That means every skill level, gender, sexuality etc. Just gotta be over 18!

No one gets upset if we miss a pass.... or the ball altogether! Skills vary from old semi-pro players all the way to never kicked a ball. We weren’t fibbing when we said inclusive

· We aim to split in to at least 4 teams of 5-8 players, and to play 3-4 games of approx 20-30 minutes, with a drinks break between each game.

This is free, friendly and fun! Please encourage your teammates and enjoy the game!

Afterwards we usually go to the pub to watch some football, or if the weather allows it, sit in the park with a few beverages! Also, we always need help with the looking after the equipment so would appreciate volunteers who can help with this.
