☝️ Viktor Kvaternjak (ReversingLabs) - Rapid mocking of complex services

Most applications do not live isolated; they need to work with other systems and services. Testing how they work together does not have to be cumbersome and expensive. In this talk, we will show you how our automated tests verify that a correct email was sent in less than a hundred lines of Python code. We will see how easy it is to test integration with other systems, such as Amazon S3 storage, Splunk, rsyslog and SNMP.

✌️Marko Bjelac: Behaviour-driven development: A recipe

A description of an approach to top-down software design, depending on frequent collaboration between customers, testers & developers.

Marko is a software developer with 10+ years of experience in designing various software from desktop apps to distributed micro-service-like systems. He is specifically interested in agile processes and the prerequisite technical disciplines including clean code & architecture, continuous integration & delivery, test-driven development, code review, pair & mob programming. In other topics, he's an avid cyclist, board & role-playing game nut, husband, parent & fruit enthusiast. He also likes dogs.
