Ohio's only complete training in authentic Japanese Jūjitsu. NO experience or uniform needed. We charge HALF what commercial schools charge. Realistic, practical, concise Self-Defense. We've been teaching over 40 years all over N.E. Ohio, with 15 years at Lakeland and Tri-C Colleges. Also numerous seminars in the U.S. and Europe. Go your own pace as you open your mind, body, and spirit. We are a cooperative, friendly group where beginners are always welcome. Our motto is "Enlightenment Through Training". The main goal of training is to become a better person. Self-defense, new friendships, and improved health are byproducts of this training.

Current 8-week Session runs June 10, 2025 - July 31, 2025, at the David E. Anderson Center, 36939 Ridge Road in Willoughby (next to West End YMCA). We encourage you to join in our discussions, training, and other planned events. You can interact on any level of Jūjitsu. Some members regularly attend our classes or seminars, while others come to our Meetup events. We explore techniques, methods of training, the future of Jūjitsu, and what makes Jūjitsu so effective as self-defense. We also explore related aspects of TaihoJutsu (Japanese Police Self-Defense), BJJ, MMA, Iaidō (Classical Sword), Ninjutsu and other martial arts, as well as Japanese language and culture.
