Join fellow cinephiles four times a year to dig into a recently released film and chat through the plot, themes, cast, cinematography, and more. This month we'll chat about Godzilla Minus One (2023) directed by Takashi Yamazaki and starring Minami Hamabe, Ryûnosuke Kamiki, and Sakura Andô. This film is rated PG-13.
Registration is required to attend. Meetings will take place in the second floor Trustees Room. DVD copies of the film can be borrowed from TPL or through our wider library network of MVLC. Godzilla Minus One (2023) plot description: A kamikaze pilot plagued by survivor's guilt seeks redemption when a giant monster he failed to kill is transformed by radiation from atomic bomb tests and lays siege to post-war Japan.
