We will be building off of what was taught in the Beginner Series and adding more intermediate / advanced techniques, patterns, and moves. This class is intended as the next step from the Beginner WCS Series taught by Lacey Powell Fitness and Dance. To feel successful in this class, participants should be able to do and understand what a push, pass, and whip are, as well as, are able to do and understand the "boing" or "stretch".
