Camping & Paddling at Caddo Lake

Join us at BackWater Jacks Campground for camping and paddling at the most beautiful lake in Texas. This is the only natural lake in Texas and the largest Bald Cypress forest in the world. We will be exploring the Caddo paddling trails with it's huge Spanish moss filled Cypress trees that are up to 400 years old. This is flat water paddling paradise folks. We have the tent camping area reserved (overlooks the Big Cypress Bayou). The cost for camping is $15 per tent per night. They have very nice (heated and air conditioned) bathrooms with hot showers. There is also RV sites and cabins. Boat rentals are available from Riverbend Boat Rentals. RV sites, cabins and boat rentals must be paid for and reserved in advance so BOOK NOW to insure their availability. We will have our traditional Saturday night pot luck dinner around 7pm. Halloween decorations and costumes are optional.
