4th Of July Campout, Fireworks & Canton First Monday

Join us for this holiday weekend fun in the sun. Camp out on a wooded and secluded country property just 1 hour east of Dallas. Cool off swimming the front pond or with the cold water outdoor shower, fish the two ponds for crappie, bass, cat and bluegill, paddle kayaks and paddleboards, hike the jungle trail to an area we call Heaven or tour the exotic wildlife drive through park next door. If you want to camp you must register and pay at texcamp.com. Day visits don't require registration but a voluntary cash donation would be appreciated. We can have a Saturday night pot luck dinner around 6:30. Please bring a real food contribution. I'll provide smoked baby back ribs. The city of Terrell will have an amazing fireworks display around 9:30.
Sunday we can drive 30 minutes to Canton First Monday- the largest flea market in the country with 5000 vendors spread out over 450 acres.
