Horseshoe Creek Hiking Trail - Slow doesn't mean easy!

Join us for a 3.5 mile sunrise hike! The Velvet Leaf Senna are in full bloom, and the Prickly Pear are showing off their fruit!
As the group name implies, this will be a slow hike. The trail is narrow, requiring single file, and challenging. It is a mostly rock trail that requires balance, stamina, and careful footing.
You may be more comfortable in long pants due to the sharp Mesquite and pokey cactus lining the trail.
Please bring water and wear sturdy hiking shoes.
