Kellogg's Diner in Williamsburg has reopened with a Tex-Mex inspired menu. Sounds like a good spot for brunch!

Texas-native chef Jackie Carnesi brings in some Tex-Mex influence mixed in with years of working in New York restaurants, including brunch staples like Texas French toast crusted with cornflakes (Kellogg’s brand, of course).

There’s also guajillo-braised short rib hash with chipotle sauce and poblano meatloaf, in addition to diner staples like burgers.

Of course, house queso is a must.

After brunch, we'll hop to a couple nearby places for an afternoon tippler. All southern themed, of course.
