Let's get back to our Texas country roots at The Waylon in Hell's Kitchen.
Constructed as a nod to the traditional Western saloon, The Waylon prides itself on bringing a little bit of the Country into the Big City.
They've got a small, but unique Tex-Mex menu and a solid bourbon and tequila collection for ya'll.
It's country-themed, but in a non-cheesy way. Yes, there are a few wagon wheels on the wall, alongside photos of Johnny Cash and Willy Nelson... but I doubt you’ll see any cowboy cosplay or bachelorette parties here.
The Waylon is simply a nice place to grab a pint of Shiner Bock, eat a fried chicken sandwich doused in buffalo sauce, and catch some live music.
Sounds like a Texas-sized good time!
