What we’re about

We're here to become a person we are proud of, and creating a life worth living.

We believe that relationships are one of the greatest determinants of our well-being. That’s why we care deeply about learning how to create, heal, and sustain meaningful connections with others, and with ourselves.

This group brings together people who want to develop their social skills, strengthen their sense of self-worth, and explore the art and science of building relationships. People join us because they want to feel more confident, more connected, and more authentic in their everyday lives.

What We Do

We call ourselves a laboratory, because we don’t gather only to learn: we gather to test.

We experiment with ideas drawn from science, art, philosophy, and spirituality, and even pop culture and we apply them to real life.
Our spaces are designed to help you grow through experience, not just theory.

Our experiences

  1. Connection Lab
    Intimate, interactive spaces for self-discovery.
These are structured, thematic workshops where participants explore a topic through mini-exercises, reflective prompts, and guided group conversations.
Here we challenge old beliefs, explore new ways of relating, and practice social and emotional skills in a supportive environment. You’ll meet people on the same path: thoughtful, curious, and committed to personal growth.
  2. Speak Out LOUD
A confidence-building practice through storytelling and public speaking.
We share a meal or meet in an auditorium, and each participant gives a 3–5 minute talk.
It’s a space to step out of your comfort zone, grow your assertiveness, and learn to give and receive constructive feedback.
