But reflection doesn’t have to be solitary or abstract.
The EOY Workshop 2025: Reflect – Plan – Connect is a guided, practical, and deeply human gathering designed to help you close the year with clarity and open the next one with purpose.
Over the course of three hours, we’ll move through a structured process inspired by timeless personal development principles adapted to a modern, secular, psychologically informed approach, focused on relationship building, freedom, responsibility and authenticity.
What to Expect
The workshop unfolds in three parts:
1. Reflect
We begin by looking back at 2025 with honesty and curiosity. What happened? What did you learn? What hurt? It's not about judging your past, it is about revisiting our experience to inform our decisions.
2. Plan
Next, we shift into vision and action. You’ll define what you truly want for 2026, without vague resolutions, but grounded goals tied to identity, habits, relationships, and personal growth.
3. Connect
Finally, we will bring it all together through connecting with the group in an environment designed for support and inspiration.
