A relaxed Sunday gathering on Hampstead Heath to meet, walk, share some food, and have meaningful conversation. We’ll start with a gentle walk, find a spot to settle, and spend the afternoon hanging out, eating together, and exploring a few light, peer-led reflection exercises around mindfulness, self-awareness, and life more broadly. This is a small, informal group — no pressure, nothing too structured — just a chance to connect with thoughtful people in a natural setting. Feel free to bring something simple and healthy to share (no stress if not). Friends and +1s are very welcome.

A regular meetup for those committed to practising and improving their Arabic. It is designed for those who know the very basics and want a structured opportunity to practise reading, listening, speaking, and building confidence. If you're still learning the very basics but want some motivation to keep going, you're very welcome to join. Note: This is a practice group facilitated by a native speaker - not a formal teacher or taught class, and not a Quran teaching session. 📚 SESSION FORMAT: ⏱️ 30 mins Intro & Social: We'll go around and introduce ourselves in Arabic.
