The New Forest Wanderers and Social Group

We are a friendly walking group of mixed ages and abilities focused on walks between 6 to 8 miles covering The New Forest, Wiltshire, Hampshire & Dorset. Further afield on the odd occasion. We normally run one weekend walk on the 4th weekend of the month and one midweek walk on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. More if other members of the group would like to lead a walk.

While the group is mainly focussed around walking we also like to do other things together, for example pub lunches, dinners out, a trip to a country fair, festival or other social event. Its really up to the members. If someone has an idea, I'm happy to post it.

There is a modest charge of £2 per person per walk to cover the subscription costs of Meetup and other expenses associated with running the group.
