Thai Cooking Workshop – Friday 28th August 2026 (6:15 pm)

If you fancy cooking authentic Thai food (and eating it afterwards), join me for a fun, relaxed Thai cooking workshop at my home in Brockham, Surrey (near Dorking). Workshops are kept small, with just 4 people, so everyone gets plenty of hands-on experience.

On the menu:
Panang Chicken Curry
A rich, creamy curry with coconut milk, and tender chicken.
Waterfall Beef (Nam Tok Nuea)
Grilled beef slices tossed in a spicy lime dressing with fresh herbs.
Prawn Tom Yum Soup (Tom Yum Goong)
A classic hot and sour soup with prawns, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and chilli.

Free parking is available at the venue in Brockham. The full address will be provided after booking.
