Heavy Bag Training. High Intensive Endurance Training. We start with stretching and stretching exercises from Yoga. Then a warm-up. Knee lifts, burpees, push ups, squats, etc. Then we will punch, kick, knees and elbows on the box bag, until we weigh ourselves! ☺Based on techniques from Kickboxing, Muay Boran and Muay Thai. Under professional guidance! We end with shadow boxes as a cool down and abdominal exercises😀😀😀! No sparring. No Macho. Technical and Safe!
