Christmas Lunch at the Shoulder of Mutton

Our Christmas lunch this year is at the Shoulder of Mutton in Playhatch, just outside Reading. Over the years we have enjoyed many evening meals this is a very popular pub (4.4 on TripAdvisor), and several people have asked if we can have our Christmas lunch there, so we are doing so for the first time.
The pub's Christmas Experience menu is available on their website. The prices are £30.95 for 2 courses or £39.50 for 3, including service charge, but not tea or coffee.
Booking
When you book please also send me your menu choices by a Meetup message (click on my profile photo, then 'Chat with Flavia' to start a message), or email me if you already have my email address.
To confirm your place also please PAY THE FULL AMOUNT by the booking deadline. If you have to cancel before the deadline a full refund will be given, but if you do so after the deadline and nobody else is able to take your place I will try to obtain a refund for you from the pub, but cannot guarantee it.
Those who aren't either FULL MEMBERS OF THE CLUB (filled in a form and paid the annual fee) or members of another IVC will be asked at the meal to make an additional small contribution to the running of the group (i.e. £2).
How to pay
You can pay in any of the following three ways:
a) By bank transfer from your account to Thames Valley IVC's account
(details available on request).
b) By sending a cheque to the treasurer
(address available on request).
c) By PayPal:
- Log in to your PayPal account and click on 'Send/Request'.
- Fill in the email address "treasurer@tvivc.org.uk" (Ralph Phillips).
Click 'Next'.
3. Fill in the amount you are paying.
In "What's this for" put: "Christmas Lunch for: " followed by your name(s).
Click 'Send'.
3a) If it pops up a panel asking "What’s this payment for?"
click on "Friends and family".
4. "Friends and family" should be selected, and PayPal fee = £0.00.
Check the details of the payment.
Click the 'Send' button.
Directions from Reading:
Head towards Henley on the A4155. About 0.4 mile after leaving the 30 limits turn left at the Dunsden Green / Sonning roundabout. The pub is on your left after about 90 yards.
