🌄 Garden of the Gods + Lunch Meetup: Walk, Explore, and Unwind

Details

The sun is finally out—and so are we! ☀️

Research consistently shows that spending time outdoors—especially in green spaces—has a powerful impact on mental health and cognitive function. It can boost mental clarity, lift your mood, and even increase the “happy chemicals” our brains produce.

For ADHD brains, these effects are even more profound—time outside combined with physical activity can help improve focus, regulate emotions, and reduce stress. After a long, chilly Colorado winter and a stubborn spring, it’s finally time to enjoy some truly nice weather together. 🙌

We’ll meet in the Garden of the Gods parking lot nearest to Rock Ledge Ranch Living History Museum.

From there, we’ll head into Garden of the Gods for a leisurely hike, with time to explore Rock Ledge Ranch, a real working ranch full of historic charm. If there’s time and interest, we can also check out the main trail loop before wrapping up the walk.

After enjoying the great outdoors, we’ll regroup at Red Leg Brewing Company for some post-hike relaxation. They’ve got drinks, food options, and a great outdoor space to hang out and connect.

Whether you’re coming for the walk, the post-walk hangout, or both—I’d love to see you out there in the fresh air and sunshine!

✨ A quick note about safety:
To help us keep this a safe and comfortable space, this event is for active community members only. That means we ask that you participate in at least two virtual events before attending in person. If you RSVP but haven’t joined us online at least twice, your RSVP may be removed.

This isn’t about being exclusive—it’s about protecting the integrity of the space we’re building together. Thanks for understanding. 💚
