Pick one house task—just one. Maybe it’s that thing you’ve been meaning to get to... or avoiding entirely. You know the one.

This is a quick, 55-minute virtual body doubling session to help you finally knock it out. Think: tidying the entryway, clearing the kitchen counter, wiping down the bathroom sink, or folding the laundry you’ve been pretending doesn’t exist.

Session Structure:

We’ll check in at the start with our names and what we’re working on, then dive in and get it done—together.

2 PM - 2:05 PM (MDT): Welcome and set intentions
2:05 PM - 3 PM (MDT): Cleaning time with several spoken check-ins (no required breaks)
3 PM - 3:05 (MDT) PM: Celebrate and goodbye's
