Join us for a virtual meal prep party designed with ADHD brains in mind! Whether you're chopping veggies, batch-cooking for the week, prepping dinner for tonight, or just trying to avoid another week of cereal-for-dinner—this is your space to get it done together.

We’ll body double our way through meal prep in a supportive, come-as-you-are environment. Pajamas, messy kitchens, and half-baked plans welcome.

💡 Not sure what to prep? You can:

  • Plan meals for the week
  • Write your grocery list
  • Portion snacks or prep ingredients
  • Cook meals
  • Clean up as you go (or after—we won’t judge)

✨ Tip for the ADHD brain:
Meal prep doesn’t need to be fancy or complicated. To avoid decision fatigue and ingredient overload, consider using some of the same ingredients in multiple dishes. It keeps shopping simple and prep smoother.
