A 40-minute ADHD-friendly session to start the day with intention, presence, and care.

This event was born from personal need. If I don’t schedule time to pause, breathe, and center myself, I find the morning disappears in a blur—leaving me racing to shower, get dressed, grab tea, and somehow make myself camera-ready in under ten minutes. The calm, grounding start I crave? It never happens. And I know I’m not the only one.

That’s why this space exists.

It’s a gentle invitation to begin the day with mindful intention—a moment to reconnect with yourself before the world asks anything of you. It’s not about productivity. It’s about presence.

Together we’ll:

  • Take meds, hydrate, and settle in with a warm drink (breakfast welcome!)
  • Ease into the day with a grounding breath, short meditation, or simple mindfulness practice
  • Gently move or stretch to wake up the body
  • Journal or reflect on a light prompt
  • Share in casual discussion (topics vary—sometimes gratitude, sometimes life stuff)

This isn’t a structured to-do list or performance.
It’s a space I hold—but how you use it is up to you.

There’s no “right” way to start your day here.
Whether you’re stretching, journaling, sipping tea, or simply breathing—you’re doing it right if it honors what you need.

This is a quiet container for self-connection.
No comparison, no pressure. Just presence.
A moment to remember: you’re a human being, not a human doing.

Come as you are—pajamas welcome, bedhead and all.
Cameras encouraged (but not required).
