Join us for a virtual meal-prep party designed with ADHD brains in mind!

Whether you’re prepping for a winter holiday meal, doing your weekly food prep, or trying to avoid another week of cereal-for-dinner — this is your space to get things done together.

Winter holidays can be magical… and also deeply exhausting.

Even if you love cooking, baking, or gathering around food, the pressure to make things “special,” manage schedules, navigate family dynamics, or show up socially when your energy is already low can feel overwhelming. For many of us, this time of year requires a lot of peopling, emotional regulation, and masking — often when our reserves are already running on empty.

This event is here to soften that.

You don’t need to pretend to be cheerful. You don’t need to be productive in any particular way. You don’t need to perform or push through. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no masking required — and move through tasks in a way that works for your brain, body, and nervous system.

During this event, you can:
• Prep for a holiday meal or gathering
• Bake or assemble seasonal dishes
• Plan meals for the week
• Write your grocery list
• Portion snacks or prep ingredients
• Cook, assemble, or reheat
• Clean as you go (or after — we won’t judge)
• Work on ANY task that needs a little accountability

Important: While the theme is winter holiday cooking and planning, you are welcome to bring any task you want to tackle. What matters most is having a safe, supportive space to be productive — whether you’re chopping vegetables, baking cookies, folding laundry, answering emails, wrapping gifts, or finally starting that thing you’ve been avoiding.

This is a judgment-free, neurodivergent-friendly space.
Pajamas welcome. Messy kitchens welcome. Complicated holiday feelings welcome.

Show up as you are, y’all.

Let’s move through this season in a way that works for us — together, with warmth and good vibes. ❄️✨🤍
