Ease into your day with intention, connection, and kindness.

Mornings can be tough—especially for sparkly ADHD brains that don’t love abrupt starts. As much as we may resist structure, the truth is: our brains thrive on gentle rituals. And when we rush—or skip—the little things that help us feel grounded, the rest of the day can feel harder than it needs to.

This event came from my own need to slow down. If I don’t carve out time to be intentional, I’ll wake up already racing: juggling a shower, getting dressed, scrambling for tea, and trying to look camera-ready - all in ten minutes or less. That calm, grounding start I wish I had? It disappears.

So I created Mindful Mornings as a space to help me—and maybe you too—pause before the chaos begins. It’s not about planning or productivity. It’s about gently reconnecting with ourselves, setting the tone, and beginning the day with care.

This 40-minute virtual meetup is designed to help us start the day feeling aligned, supported, and more like ourselves.

Session Structure:

  • 7:10 AM - 7:15 AM (MST): Welcome and settle in (reminder to take meds, grab some water, and prepare your preferred morning beverage to ease into the morning - breakfast welcome!)
  • 7:15 AM - 7:20 AM (MST): Short mindfulness ritual & light body movement
  • 7:20 AM - 7:30 AM (MST): Time to "BE," includes but isn't limited to:
  1. self-guided meditation or breath work
  2. self-guided body movement
  3. morning reading
  4. eat breakfast
  • 7:30 AM - 7:45 AM (MST): Journal or reflect on a simple prompt
  • 7:45 AM - 7:50 AM (MST): Celebrate (spoken preferred, group chat also okay)

💛 Come as you are. No pressure, no expectations. Pajamas welcome. This is just a short morning ritual to help your brain and body align before the day unfolds.
