Does your life progress feel like you're running in place on a treadmill? Either you're very busy for the sake of being busy with work, school, fitness, and family OR you're paralyzed by indecision, unable to figure out that next step?

Millennials are familiar with "Peter Pan Syndrome", which is the seeming inability to grow-up. And Gen Z has started to become the butt of "Failure to Launch" memes. But perhaps these are natural impasses that culminate into a breakthrough?!

Enter the Four Phases of Life as described by bestselling author ("The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck") and social critic, Mark Manson:

1. Mimicry
2. Self-Discovery
3. Commitment
4. Legacy

Our generational cohorts can struggle going from Stage 1 to 2 or Stage 2 to 3. How can we identify what is holding us back and make positive change in our lives?

What to Expect
This will be group deep-dive discussion followed by plenty of organic social time. Let’s make it a goal to connect deeply with as many people as possible! I challenge each one of you to learn the names of anyone you speak to and try to remember something interesting about them. I don't want to hear "I'm bad with names."; choose to be better!

Your food and drink choices are up to you. I will do my best to facilitate and make sure everyone is connected and gets to know each other. There will be Live Music starting at 5pm, so feel free to enjoy!

We should be setting up at a high table in the cafe. Look for our sign. I'll post any changes or if we gather outside to enjoy the nice weather!

About the Venue

Yes, Central Market is a grocery store, but it's the greatest grocery store ever! There is a huge cafe serving pretty much anything you can think of from pizza to casseroles to sushi. They have an in-house coffeeshop that serves coffee, all kinds of tea, and gelato. AND they have a full bakery with pretty much any pastry you can think of. We usually have a 15-20 min grace period to get settled. There will be a musical performance starting at 1pm in the cafe area.
