Millennial + Gen Z Mini-Group Discussion & Connections

Connect with your fellow Millennials and Gen Z folks with some deep-dive mini-group discussions at the Boardwalk at Granite Park, a mixed indoor-outdoor hangout venue (see the link below for more details).
I will be providing a list of deep-dive questions for us to break into small groups to discuss. This will not be the large group discussion format that I lead but rather a bit less formal. The objective is to get everyone to get past the small-talk and go deeper. I will float around and facilitate!
Themes and Questions (may change as the date approaches)
- Where do you get your morals from? What determines for you what living a "good" life and being a "good" person really is? Are morals even real?!
- Did you inherit your moral code from your parents and relatives? Or did you have to explore and manufacture your own code of morals?
- How do we make sure we are civil with each other? What does it take to be a good friend and maintain relationships?
- Do we actually need to invest in long-term relationships (friendships, acquaintances and domestic partners), or do they just hold us back?
What to Expect
Let’s make it a goal to connect deeply with as many people as possible! I challenge each one of you to learn the names of anyone you speak to and try to remember something interesting about them. I don't want to hear "I'm bad with names."; choose to be better!
Your food and drink choices are up to you. I will do my best to facilitate and make sure everyone is connected and gets to know each other. Our objective above all is connecting meaningfully! We may consider going elsewhere for dinner afterwards depending on interest level.
