A Kukkiwon-certified 1st Dan black belt (preparing for 2nd Dan testing), Sophian Ben brings 15 years of Taekwondo experience to his teaching, including championship competition and specialized seminar training.
Dedicated to sharing Taekwondo's holistic benefits, Sophian teaches how the art develops mental focus and physical mastery through disciplined training. His classes emphasize technical precision, traditional fundamentals, and practical self-defense applications.
True to Taekwondo's Five Tenets - Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit - Sophian applies these principles both in the dojang and through facing life's challenges.
